1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Prathmesh Roadlines' website and transportation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Company Information

Prathmesh Roadlines is a registered transportation company specializing in edible oil and industrial liquid transportation across India. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Crude Palm Oil transportation
  • Soybean Oil transportation
  • Sunflower Oil transportation
  • PFAD (Palm Fatty Acid Distillate) transportation
  • Acid Oils transportation
  • Other edible and industrial oils

3. Service Terms

3.1 Booking and Reservations

All transportation services must be booked through our official channels. Bookings are subject to vehicle availability and route feasibility. A minimum advance notice period may be required for certain routes.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment terms must be agreed upon before service commencement. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on fuel costs, route changes, or other operational factors.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur cancellation charges as per our policy.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding:

  • Pickup and delivery locations
  • Product type and quantity
  • Special handling requirements
  • Contact information

4.2 Product Preparation

Customers must ensure that all products are properly packaged and labeled according to transportation regulations. Products must be ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

4.3 Access and Facilities

Customers must provide safe access for our vehicles at both pickup and delivery locations, including adequate turning space and loading/unloading facilities.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Limited Liability

Prathmesh Roadlines' liability for any loss, damage, or delay to goods is limited as per the Carriage by Road Act, 2007 and applicable regulations. We recommend customers obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their shipments.

5.2 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, road closures, or government regulations.

5.3 Third-Party Liability

We maintain comprehensive third-party liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for consequential damages or loss of business opportunities.

6. Safety and Compliance

6.1 Regulatory Compliance

All our operations comply with:

  • Motor Vehicles Act, 1988
  • Carriage by Road Act, 2007
  • Central Motor Vehicle Rules
  • State transportation regulations
  • Environmental and safety standards

6.2 Vehicle Standards

All our vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations. Our tankers are designed specifically for edible oil transportation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Prathmesh Roadlines and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

We encourage amicable resolution of disputes. If direct resolution fails, disputes may be referred to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

Prathmesh Roadlines reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
